3d human drone flyingWe are team of professional who have worked in a number of large and small companies but the love to new technology has brought us together and we are striving to build the world's first 3D human carrying drone that could be stable, controllable, easy to operate and inexpensive.

Our team decided to research human carrying drone market and we realised that all the drones are using 'hard' blades that rely only on the power of the motors. And the 3D human TERRA drone idea was born!

Can you imagine that you could sit in the drone and just drive it as a car? All you want is to go from A to B without a fear of heights. So, here is a 3D drone that could be flown only 1-2 metres high and does not require roads.
There are many attempts to create human flying drones nowadays, however neither of them is using 3D blades technology and therefore they are simply scary, let alone unsafe, to fly. The existing human flying drones are either intended for professional pilots or require legal safety permissions. And they are very expensive!
Moreover, existing drones are usually built with hard wings that use air resistance to 'jump' into the air when the drone starts to descent. Such drones must fly in higher altitude in order to have time to increase the rotation of the propellers before they could reach the ground and 'jump' back into the air. Therefore, hard wings drones could be used (and they are) to carry a cargo, although humans would feel uncomfortable and scared inside.
Our idea is to create a fully automated human drone that could be flown by any person as it does not require prior knowledge of avionics. The drone is based on the 3D blades technology and drone's computer controls the angle of the rotating blades on all 12 motors according to the requirements. 3D blades are able instantly increase air flow by 10 times by changing the angle of the blades and it does not require increasing of the speed of the motors. 
All modern human helicopters are using 3D blades technology as it's the only reliable way of controlling the air flow. Also, 3D blades technology has been used for many years by 3D RC helicopter pilots too. However, until now there was no serious attempt to create a 3D human flying drone due to the cost of building it and legal requirements.
Our drone will be affordable to any member of public, as it should cost around US $20,000 after starting a commercial production. Also, our drone does not require special legal permissions as it's a low (up to 2 metre high) flying vehicle.
